Tourist Attraction Information

The Seihakuji Buddha Hall is a must-see. It is close to the Fujisan Isawa Onsen hot spring resort, and is full of natural blessings such as Fuefukigawa Fruit Park, Katsunuma Grape Village, and Manriki Park.

Highlights

This open-air hot spring has a great view of the Kofu Basin and Mt. Fuji, and is famous for its open-air baths. The baths have a pH value of 10.1, which is gentle on the skin.

海抜約700mの素朴な露天の温泉。木造りと岩造りの「こっちの湯」と、その約2倍の広さでダイナミックな眺望の「あっちの湯」の2つの浴場がある。「こっちの湯」は右に兜山、甲府盆地越しの正面に富士山を望み、「あっちの湯」は右に富士山、左に大菩薩嶺、眼下に甲府盆地の東部が広がる。四季の風景に彩られる昼に限らず、日没後の景観もファンタジック。日の出の1時間前から入場ができ、霊峰富士に登る朝日も露天風呂で楽しめる。

日没後の星空と夜景の美しさも特筆もの
富士山の眺望で有名な温泉だが、日没後の入浴の素晴らしさもまた語り草になっている。甲府盆地は「新日本三大夜景」（※非営利団体「新日本三大夜景・夜景100選事務局」選定）に数えられる場所で、海抜約700mのほったらかし温泉から見下ろす、華麗な夜景の美しさは圧巻。オーナーのこだわりで、洗い場の照明を控えめにしているので、満天の星に照らされる時間帯は、目の前と頭上のきらめきに抱かれるかのよう。深夜22時まで営業しているので、1日の疲れを癒しながらじっくり楽しめる。
