薄ピンクの麺の新名物うどん
早咲き桜の河津桜で有名な河津の新名物が、「かわづ桜うどん」。麺が薄いピンク色なのが特徴で、桜葉を混ぜた小麦粉などを原料にしており、味・香りとも河津桜を感じさせる。丼には菜の花が入っていてコントラストが美しく、サクサクのかき揚げ、ワカメ、ナルトにねぎものる。

個性あふれる「河津七滝」
河津七滝（かわづななだる）は片道約1時間程度で巡ることが出来る全長約850mの遊歩道があり、約46mの吊り橋や伊豆の踊り子像が2ヶ所あります。落差約22mの釜滝（かまだる）には滝のしぶきが当たるほど近い展望デッキがおおすすです。
