温泉の名物

白馬村のそば粉を使った新グルメ
白馬の新名物となっているのが「白馬ガレット」。ガレットとは、フランス・ブルターニュ地方の郷土料理。そば粉と水、塩などを混ぜて寝かせたクレープのような生地を薄くのばして焼き、その上に肉や魚介、卵、チーズなどをのせて食べる。白馬では、地元のそば粉の生地に、白馬豚や信州サーモン、季節の野菜をトッピング。地元の宿や飲食店で、それぞれ独自のレシピを考案している。

温泉のあれこれ

ゴンドラで登ると広がる、ユリと大展望
夏から秋にかけて、岩岳ゴンドラリフト「ノア」に乗り、標高1289mの山頂駅へ。そこから遊歩道を約30分かけて白馬北アルプスビューポイントに進めば、山々の大パノラマを望める。さらに反対側にはブナやミズナラ、伝統樹木のネズコなど、緑豊かな「ねずこの森」が広がり、1周約60分の「ねずこの森ビュー自然探勝路」では、セラピーウォーキングを楽しめる。
