しろうま農場のブランド「白馬そだち」
「白馬そだち」は、しろうま農場が作る特別栽培米など農産物・加工品のブランド。なかでも、無農薬栽培ブルーベリー園のブルーベリーと加工品が人気だ。フレッシュジャムは、砂糖以外は無添加の手作り。果肉入りのブルーベリーソースは、ジャムよりなめらかなフルーツソースで、ケーキやヨーグルト、アイスクリーム、肉料理のソース等にぴったり。飲む酢のブルーベリービネガーは、ちょっと珍しいお土産になる。

温泉のあれこれ

白馬で楽しむノルディックウォーキング
ノルディックウォーキングは、ポール（ストック）を2本使うウォーキング。クロスカントリースキーの選手が夏期トレーニングに採用したのが始まり。ジョギングやランニングに比べ、全身の90％以上の筋肉を効率よく使い、体脂肪の燃焼や血液循環に効果が高い。白馬では、岩岳や白馬落倉高原のコースのほか、田園地帯のツアーもあり、四季それぞれの風景を楽しみながら歩くことができるので、体力に合わせて体験してみたい。
