つなぎ温泉の新名物は豆腐を使った「盛岡れあチーズケーキ」
「盛岡れあチーズケーキ」は、盛岡市が消費量日本一の「豆腐」を使ったチーズケーキで、土台部分には盛岡名物の一つ「南部せんべい」が使われている。甘さが控えめで、豆腐のほのかな風味とせんべいの香ばしさが特徴。土産用の商品は長方形のチーズケーキ1本が専用のパッケージに入っている形で、好きな大きさに切り分けて食べることができる。
