Highlights

Its distinctive feature is its bright orange water. When it springs out, the water is clear, but when it comes into contact with light and air, it changes color. The water is drinkable, and there is a drinking fountain available.

温泉の名物

こだわりの山菜料理でおもてなし
一軒宿の「はなやの森」では、旬の採れたて新鮮な食材を、その風味を生かして「自然創作会席料理」でもてなしてくれる。山菜などは、調理長自らが山に入り採ってきたものを使用している。4月末～6月上旬くらいまでの間は、ふきのとう、しどけ、うるい、山うど、あぶらめ、わらび、つくし、みず、ほんな、根曲がり竹、たらの芽、こごみ、ぜんまいなど山菜が豊富なので、様々な料理に姿を変えて、夕食の膳に登場する。

温泉のあれこれ

男神山の自然と宝仙湖の景観を楽しむ
宿の周辺は四季折々の大自然に囲まれている。玉川ダムの人造湖「宝仙湖」は、青い湖水が美しいダム湖で、新緑から紅葉の時期には美しい景観を見せてくれる。宝仙湖の中ほどに位置する円錐形の山が、二神様伝説が残る男神山。その直下、宝仙湖の中央辺りに男神橋がかかり、ここから眺める宝仙湖と男神山の景色は素晴らしい。
