Rurikoji Temple Five-story Pagoda
The Rurikoji Five-Story Pagoda is a national treasure that is counted among the three most famous pagodas in Japan. It is said to be the masterpiece of Ouchi culture that flourished in Yamaguchi during the Muromachi period, when the 24th Ouchi Hiroyo, who was the guardian of Nagato and Suo Provinces (present-day Yamaguchi Prefecture), promoted urban development modeled on the capital of Kyoto. The five-story pagoda, which shows different looks with each season, is not to be missed not only for its beautiful combination with flowers and autumn leaves, but also for its nighttime illumination.

Kintaikyo Bridge

Akiyoshi Cave
秋芳洞（イメージ）

Yuda Onsen
