Yes, it is possible. There are two ways to do this:
1. When applying, please provide the model number of the light bulb in question.
2. If the model number is unknown, a staff member will first visit your home to confirm the model number and purchase the light bulb from a nearby store.

We apologize, but we are unable to provide services using machines.

You can cancel your subscription after three months from the month of use.
*The minimum contract period for regular contracts is 3 months. If you wish to cancel, please contact us by the 10th of the previous month.

We request that you be at home when the service begins and ends.

The price for each service includes transportation costs. However, transportation costs for travel from your home to another location, such as accompanying you to the hospital or going out, and for using transportation other than public transport to get to your home, will be charged separately.

Our staff, who have received our training and meet certain standards, will visit your home.

We cannot accept requests for specific staff members. (We will do our best to assign the same staff member to your appointment.)
If additional services are added or schedule changes make it difficult to accommodate your request, a different staff member may be assigned to your appointment.
