1. The "Furniture Moving" service requires a booking for two people.

2. Weeding is limited to 3 hours and up to 8 tsubo (approximately 26 square meters). Weeding will be done manually and will not involve the use of machinery such as lawnmowers.

3. Estimated work time: Approximately 5 screens in 3 hours. (This may vary depending on how easy the screens are to remove, the working conditions, etc.)

The scope of work is roughly equivalent to light tasks that a man in his 60s could perform within a set time frame.

We may not be able to perform beehive removal work on slopes, at high altitudes, or in places with unstable footing.

All costs other than labor fees will be the customer's responsibility. Please prepare these in advance or contact us for further information.
(For screen doors, please prepare replacement netting, replacement rubber seals, etc. / For shoji paper, please prepare replacement shoji paper, shoji glue, etc.)
Helper Man Plan
The Help Man service includes round-trip transportation costs and consumption tax.

This does not include transportation costs incurred when using public transport or when accompanying someone on outings, shopping trips, or running errands.

Payment Method
For one-time use and the first month of a regular subscription contract.
Payment will be made after using the service. Please use the payment slip to complete the payment procedure at the designated convenience store or bank.
For regular subscription contracts (from the second month onwards)

Automatic bank account withdrawal

Post-payment (pay-per-use)
Please use the payment slip to make your payment at the designated convenience store or bank.
A separate charge of 350 yen (tax included) will be applied for billing and collection fees.
When using a multi-ride ticket
Payment is required in advance before using the service. Please complete the payment procedure at the designated convenience store or bank using the payment slip.
In addition to the ticket price, any additional service charges you may have will be settled later, with the closing date being the end of the month in which the service was used.
Helper Service - Terms of Use
We will use the tools you have at your home to perform the work.
We cannot accept requests for the removal of dirt that cannot be removed by routine cleaning, special tasks (working at heights, dangerous work), work involving handling antiques, luxury items, or fragile items, or moving items weighing more than 10 kg.
About parking spaces
Our staff will arrive by public transport, so you do not need to provide parking space. *Some exceptions apply.
Service date changes and cancellation fees
Service provision scheduled from the day before to 8 days in advance free of charge.
7 days before ~ 2 days before 17:30 (during business hours) 2,200 yen (tax included).
For inquiries made after 5:30 PM two days prior (outside business hours) or on the day of the appointment, half the usual fee will be charged.
*Our business hours are 9:15 AM to 5:30 PM. (We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and from December 30th to January 3rd.)
