年にたった一度の伝統行事！
１年でこの日だけ！ 毎年大晦日午後６時頃から、嚴島神社の御笠浜で行われる「火難避け」の祭り。掛け声をかけながら燃え盛る松明を担ぎ、参道を駆け抜ける様は圧巻です。

Dance with a rattle in hand!
The Kochi Yosakoi Festival was started in 1954 to blow away the economic depression. Dancers dressed in colorful costumes and holding musical instruments called naruko, which look like rice scoops, perform their own unique dances all over the city.
The arrangement of the song is free, but it is required that the melody of the Yosakoi Naruko dance be included. "Yosakoi" is a variation of the old word "Yosarikoi" (Come at night).
This is the home of "Yosakoi" held all over the country! Please come and enjoy it with a Naruko in hand.

踊らにゃそんそん！
熱気と興奮の徳島へ！
「日本三大盆踊り」「日本三大民謡」のひとつ。約400年の歴史があり、徳島県内各地の市町村で開催される盆踊りです。
なかでも徳島市の阿波おどりが県内最大規模で最も有名であり「四国三大祭り」の1つに数えられています。
阿波踊りの基本スタイルは、三味線、太鼓、鉦(かね)横笛などの「2拍子」の伴奏にのって踊り手の集団「連」が踊り歩きます。女性は優雅に、男性は腰を落として豪快に踊るのがよしとされています。
