Q. Can I change the meal plan?


Changes are only permitted for religious reasons, serious allergies, or dietary restrictions due to medical reasons.
Please contact us at <welcome@club-tourism.co.jp> at least one month before your departure.

For tours departing after May. 1, 2025, if you wish to change Meals for the reasons stated above, we will charge you 1,500 yen per meal, plus the actual cost of any difference that may result from the change.

  • If we request a food service facility to change the meal plan based on your request, but the food you requested to remove is not included in the meal provided to all participants, an additional fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per meal.

  • Except for religious reasons, allergies, or dietary restrictions due to medical decisions, we cannot accept requests for changes to the Meals content. You can prepare your own Meals.
  • If you do not consume Meals, you will not receive a refund.
  • For buffets, Meals changes are not possible.
