Payment is automatically processed 1 business day before the cancellation‑fee period begins. In some cases, a temporary card authorization (for example, JPY 1) may be used to confirm that the credit card is valid. This is not an actual charge. Depending on your card issuer, this authorization may not appear on your statement, or it may disappear automatically after a short time.

For tours departing by train or airplane, Final Travel Details are provided as a separate document after booking. This document includes information such as the meeting location, meeting time, and tour schedule, and can be viewed on My Page by the day before the tour date. For bus tours, no separate Final Travel Details document is issued. The tour details confirmed at the time of booking serve as the official Final Travel Details.
