How to apply for a tour eligible for nationwide travel support

When booking your tour, be sure to select the appropriate option.
Please note that if you do not apply for the option, you will not be eligible for the Nationwide Travel Support Subsidy.

How to select options

ツアー詳細ページ内のカレンダーに掲載されている受付状況を確認の上、希望日を押してください。「お申込み内容詳細画面」に遷移します(この画面)
参加人数、部屋のタイプ（宿泊を伴うツアーの場合）を順に選択いただきますと、「オプション」選択項目がございます。画面のご案内に従って、項目を選択してください。

ツアーお申込みの際に、必ず該当のオプション選択をおこなってください。オプションのお申込みがないと、全国旅行支援補助対象になりませんのでご注意ください

全国旅行支援の補助を適用するには以下の2つの項目について選択いただく必要がございます。
（1）ワクチン接種状況・検査状況について
（2）適用となる全国旅行支援補助金

(1) Vaccination status and testing status

画面に表示されるワクチン接種状況・検査状況のうち、ご参加の皆様それぞれに、該当するものを選択してください。

※補助金の適用には「新型コロナウイルスワクチン3回以上接種、または検査結果陰性」を証明するもののご提示が必要となります。
（適用されるワクチン接種回数は都道府県によって異なります。）

(2) Selection of applicable national travel support subsidies

画面に表示される全国旅行支援補助金のうち、ご参加の皆様それぞれに、該当するものをすべて選択してください。

※該当ツアーで訪れるすべての都道府県分の選択が必要です。
表示されている『全国旅行支援補助金/〇〇県』を選択してください。
宿泊ツアーの場合は、宿泊地になる県全てが表示されますので、全て選択してください。
選択が無い場合補助金適用になりませんので、再度、登録漏れがないかご確認ください。

オプション選択後、画面の内容に従ってご入力を進めていただき、「お申し込み内容の確認」画面に表示される「お支払い明細」で（1）ワクチン接種状況・検査状況と（2）適用となる全国旅行支援補助金とが選択されており、合計金額に反映されていることをご確認ください。

※「（2）適用となる全国旅行支援補助金」は該当ツアーで訪れるすべての都道府県分がご参加のご人数分選択されていることをご確認ください。（ただし、全国旅行支援補助金の無い都道府県はオプション選択画面に表示されません。）
