If you get an error when entering a coupon code in the coupon input field on the reservation screen, it may be because of the following:
■ If the coupon code is entered incorrectly
Please be careful to enter full-width/half-width characters and uppercase/lowercase characters.
Copy and paste it into the input field.
Easily confused alphanumeric characters
0 (the number zero) and O (the letter O)
1 (the number one), I (capital letter I), and l (lowercase letter L)
■ If the coupon has expired
Coupons have an expiration date.
Please check [Coupon details].
■ If you do not meet the conditions for using the coupon
There may be conditions for use of the "Common Coupon," such as a minimum travel fare limit.
Please check [Coupon details].
■ If the coupon has reached its usage limit
There may be a limit on the overall usage of the "common coupon" (number of reservations on a first-come, first-served basis, total amount distributed).
If the limit is reached, the coupon code cannot be used.
■ If you are trying to use a coupon that cannot be used multiple times
The "Unique Coupon" can only be used once per person.

■ If you close the screen during the credit card payment process
If the process is interrupted by, for example, closing the browser on the 3D Secure authentication screen for credit card payment, please check on your My Page to see if your reservation has been completed.
If your reservation is not complete, please start over from the beginning.
You may see the message "The coupon code you entered has already been used" and be unable to use the coupon.
In that case, please wait about an hour and try again.
■ If you want to use the web coupon again after cancelling your reservation
After cancelling your reservation, it will take a few minutes before you can use the web coupon again.
Please wait a while and apply again.
