LINE通知メッセージとは？
クラブツーリズムでは、LINEヤフー株式会社の協力を得て、「お客さまがLINEアプリに登録している電話番号」と「当社にご登録いただいている電話番号」を照らし合わせ、クラブツーリズムLINE公式アカウントと友だちになっていないお客さまにも、お知らせをLINEでお届けしています。当社のシステムを通じてメッセージを配信しており、LINEヤフー株式会社にはお客さまの個人情報は提供しておりません。また、個人情報を含むメッセージは配信することもありません。当社に登録されている電話番号に誤りがある場合や、LINEアプリに登録されている電話番号が最新でない場合、正確な通知が届かないことがあります。

クラブツーリズムのご旅行にグループでご参加の場合は、その代表者の方の電話番号が携帯電話である場合にメッセージが送られる対象となります。

ご出発前に登録情報に変更が生じたり、ご出発間際でのお申込みの場合、またシステム上の理由等により、携帯電話の番号が正しく登録されていてもメッセージが届かない場合があります。

*Not sent to some free events such as travel recruitment information sessions and free courses.

Conditions under which messages are delivered
A LINE notification message will be sent if the following three conditions are met:
*Messages will be sent even if you are not registered as a friend*

- The phone number sent by the company is registered to a LINE account with the same phone number.

- The LINE account in question has permission to receive "LINE notification messages" in the LINE app settings.

- The LINE account in question has not blocked the official LINE account of the sending company.

通信機器およびコンピュータ等の障害ならびに回線障害、インターネットの使用不能から生じるの使用不能、停止、遅延、誤作動、データ損失等による損害について、
また、その直接、間接、付随的、特別、結果に関わる全ての損害。 -
LINEを使用することによる通信費等の費用はお客様負担となります。
